provider that gives you the tracking number. In the event that the
email is lost or blocked and you want to know the status of your
order please email us below.

Yes you can, however this must be done ASAP. If you take too long
and the items have shipped you will not be refunded the shipping
charges and you will have to ship the items originally ordered back
to us before a refund can be issued. Refunds will be processed after
the items have been received by our shipping department.

YES. We offer a mail in form that can be filled out and sent to
us along with a check or money order. Please note all personal checks
will take up to 2 weeks to clear.

If the items ordered are in stock we ship the same day if
the order is received before 11am Eastern Standard Time. If orders
are received too late in the day, the order will ship the following
business day. Holidays and weekends will slow down delivery times.
